Jay is the Founder of DomainHQ and Web Impact Summit, a technology event platform that brings together entrepreneurs, innovators, domain investors, digital leaders, and technology professionals through conferences, summits, and community meetups.
With 28 years of experience in the domain name ecosystem since 1998, his expertise spans SaaS, DNS infrastructure, DNS abuse prevention, internet governance, registry and registrar operations, brand and domain consulting, and digital risk strategy. He advises organizations on domain security frameworks, portfolio strategy, and digital asset protection.
A three-time ICANN Fellow and member of key policy and governance groups within the ICANN community, he has contributed to IDN LGR policy development and regional internet user representation in the Asia-Pacific region. He also serves in leadership roles within the Internet Society ecosystem and holds an MBA with formal training in Cyber Law and Information Technology, bringing both technical depth and strategic insight to internet governance and domain security.
Through Web Impact Summit, Jay has built a platform that has hosted multiple conferences, summits, workshops, and meetups, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across domains such as AI, digital business, cybersecurity, entrepreneurship, internet infrastructure, and the future of the web.
