Jay Paudyal

Jay is the founder and strategic force behind DomainHQ, with 28 years of experience in the domain name ecosystem since 1998. His expertise covers DNS infrastructure, DNS abuse prevention, internet governance, registry and registrar operations, brand and domain consulting, and digital risk strategy. He advises organizations on domain security frameworks, portfolio strategy, and digital asset protection. A three-time ICANN Fellow and member of key policy and governance groups within the ICANN community, he has contributed to IDN LGR policy development and regional internet user representation in Asia Pacific. He also serves in leadership roles within the Internet Society ecosystem and is an MBA with formal training in cyber law and information technology, bringing both technical depth and strategic insight to internet governance and domain security.
