ProfileTo does not create, edit, moderate, verify, approve, or endorse any user-generated content published on its platform.

9A.2 No Liability for Profile Content. ProfileTo is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability in connection with, any content published by any Profile Owner, including content that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, defamatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful. Any harm or legal dispute arising from a user's profile content is the sole responsibility of the Profile Owner.

9A.3 User Binding Agreement. By registering an account with ProfileTo and publishing a profile, each user irrevocably accepts and is bound by the ProfileTo Platform Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and all other platform policies (collectively, the “Platform Policies”). By publishing a profile, the Profile Owner additionally binds all visitors of their profile to the profile-level Privacy Policy and Terms of Use displayed herein, and acknowledges full responsibility for ensuring their profile content complies with all applicable laws and the Platform Policies.

9A.4 Content Removal. ProfileTo reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove or disable access to any profile or content that, in its sole discretion, violates these Terms, the Platform Policies, or any applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Profile Owner is primarily based, without regard to conflict of law principles. The ProfileTo platform itself is governed by the laws of India (or such other jurisdiction as specified in the ProfileTo Platform Terms).

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Modifications to These Terms

The Profile Owner and ProfileTo reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of this profile after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
