No professional advice

Content on ProfileTo (including on profile microsites) is for general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You should seek qualified advice for decisions that affect your rights or interests.

Profile content

Content on a profile microsite (bio, links, contact details, images) is provided by the profile owner. ProfileTo hosts this content but does not verify its accuracy, completeness, or legality. The profile owner is responsible for their content. We are not liable for any loss or harm arising from reliance on profile content or from your interactions with a profile owner.

Third-party links and actions

Profiles may include links to third-party sites or services (e.g. social media, booking tools). We do not control those sites. Your use of them is at your own risk. Contact actions (call, email, WhatsApp, lead form) are between you and the profile owner; we facilitate the channel but are not a party to any resulting agreement.

Availability and “as is”

We strive to keep ProfileTo available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Use.

Usernames

ProfileTo does not guarantee the permanent availability of any username. Usernames may be reclaimed for trademark, impersonation, abuse, or policy violations.

No liability for profile content

ProfileTo does not validate, verify, or endorse any content published by Profile Owners. All profile content is user-generated. ProfileTo expressly disclaims all liability for any harm, loss, damage, defamation, fraud, misrepresentation, or legal dispute arising from or related to content displayed on any user profile. The Profile Owner is solely and exclusively responsible for their profile content and any consequences thereof. Any communication, business transaction, or relationship formed as a result of visiting a profile is solely between the visitor and the Profile Owner. ProfileTo is not a party to any such interaction and disclaims all liability arising therefrom.

User binding & indemnification

By registering an account and publishing a profile on ProfileTo, each user irrevocably agrees to be bound by all ProfileTo Platform Policies (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, this Disclaimer, and any other published policies). Users agree to indemnify and hold ProfileTo harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from their profile content, their use of the platform, or their violation of any applicable law or these policies. This indemnification obligation survives the termination of the user account.

Report abusive content

If you find any profile on ProfileTo to be abusive, illegal, misleading, or in violation of any law, please report it immediately to abuse@profileto.com. Include the profile URL and a brief description of your concern.
