If you upgrade to a paid plan and find that ProfileTo does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription charge.

  • To be eligible, you must request the refund within 14 days of your initial payment date.
  • Upon processing this refund, your account will immediately be downgraded to the Free plan.

3. Renewals and Cancellations

Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies strictly to the first transaction.
