Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to (1) your use of the ProfileTo website and services, and (2) your visit to any profile microsite we host (e.g. profileto.com/username). ProfileTo is a product of Innocode Ventures (“we”, “our”, “us”). When you use a profile microsite, you are agreeing to these Terms with Innocode Ventures (operating as ProfileTo) and acknowledging that your interaction (e.g. submitting a lead form, clicking links) is also with the profile owner. The profile owner may have their own terms or policies for their use of data you provide.

Acceptance

By using our website or visiting a profile microsite, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the service

You will use ProfileTo only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You will not misuse the service (e.g. spam, malware, impersonation, scraping, or circumventing access controls). Account holders are responsible for their profile content and for complying with laws that apply to them.

Profile microsites

Content on a profile (bio, links, images, contact options) is provided by the profile owner. ProfileTo hosts it but does not verify it. Your use of “Contact me”, “Save contact”, or third-party links is between you and the profile owner. Innocode Ventures is not a party to any agreement you form with them. Innocode Ventures is not liable for the profile owner's content or conduct.

Intellectual property

The ProfileTo brand and its materials are owned by Innocode Ventures or its licensors. Profile owners retain rights in their content. By publishing on ProfileTo, they grant Innocode Ventures the licence needed to host and display it. You may not copy or reuse our materials or a profile's content beyond normal use (e.g. viewing, following a link) without permission.

Privacy and data protection

Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR (EU/EEA), CCPA (California), DPDP (India), and other applicable acts. By using the service or visiting a profile, you acknowledge that we process data as described there.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. Innocode Ventures disclaims warranties to the extent permitted by law. Innocode Ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, except where liability cannot be excluded. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or a minimum amount if required by law). See our Disclaimer for more.

Termination

Innocode Ventures may suspend or terminate access or accounts for breach of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. Account holders may cancel as described in our Refund and Pricing policies. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may retain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy.

Platform role & user-generated content

ProfileTo is a technology platform operated by Innocode Ventures that allows users to create and publish professional digital profile pages. All content displayed on user profiles is created entirely by the Profile Owner. Innocode Ventures does not create, edit, moderate, verify, approve, or endorse any user-generated content published on its platform.

Innocode Ventures is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability in connection with, any content published by any Profile Owner, including content that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, defamatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful. Any harm or legal dispute arising from a Profile Owner's content is the sole responsibility of the Profile Owner.

User binding agreement

By registering an account with ProfileTo and publishing a profile, each user irrevocably accepts and is bound by the ProfileTo Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and all other platform policies (the “Platform Policies”) as published by Innocode Ventures. By publishing a profile, the Profile Owner additionally binds all visitors of their profile to the profile-level Privacy Policy and Terms of Use displayed thereon, and acknowledges full responsibility for ensuring their profile content complies with all applicable laws and Platform Policies.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Innocode Ventures (operating as ProfileTo) and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your violation of these Terms; your misuse of the platform; any content you publish on the platform, including inaccurate or unlawful content; any harm caused to a third party as a result of your profile; or any claim that your profile content infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms.

Report abusive content

If you find any profile on ProfileTo to be abusive, illegal, misleading, or harmful, please report it immediately to abuse@profileto.com. Include the profile URL and a description of your concern. Innocode Ventures will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or account suspension.

Changes

Innocode Ventures may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may provide notice where required.

General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Innocode Ventures (operating as ProfileTo) regarding the service. If any part is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it. You may not assign these Terms; Innocode Ventures may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of the business.

Username & Profile URL Policy

• Innocode Ventures (operating as ProfileTo) reserves the right to reclaim, reassign, or suspend any username at its sole discretion.
• Usernames must not impersonate any individual, company, brand, or public figure.
• Usernames must not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property.
• Usernames must not contain profanity, hate speech, or offensive content.
• Innocode Ventures may reclaim usernames that are inactive, misleading, or in violation of these terms without prior notice.
• Users do not own their username; it is a licence granted by Innocode Ventures.
